Payment Policy

Annual Registration Fee is $25.00 per student and $40 per family.  Registration fees are non-refundable.  The registration fee and 1/3 of the class fee is due upon registration.  The 2nd payment is due by October 1 and the 3rd by November 1.  A $15.00 late fee will be charged for all late payments.  Please understand you are responsible for the FULL tuition once your child begins classes.

Refunds - New students who cancel will receive a refund only if we are notified in writing within the first 2 weeks of classes.  Adjustments are possible in the event of extended illness, injury or relocation of the family.  A doctor's note is required in the event of illness/injury.  Refunds will be prorated.

Returned Checks - You will be charged a $25.00 for any "bounced" check.

Make-Ups - Students may make up 2 classes per session for absences due to illness.  Classes must be made up in the session they are missed and make ups must be scheduled ahead of time.

Discounts - The 2nd and 3rd child in the same family, regardless of the class they are registered in, will receive a 10% discount.

PLEASE NOTE: You are paying for your spot for the full session, NOT for classes you attend.

Attire

It is important that all students wear proper gymnastic attire while in class for safety as well as comfort.  Girls should wear a leotard.  Tights may be worn but must be the footless type.  All jewelry should be removed before entering the gym.  Shoulder length hair should be tied back with an elastic hair holder.  Boys should wear elastic waist shorts and a fitter shirt or warm-up suit.  NO belts, jeans, socks, footed tights or shoes will be allowed in the gym.  Gymnosaurs and Pre-schoolers should wear protective undergarments until they are completely toilet trained.

Class Cancellations

For weather related cancellations, please call the gym at 777-2628 1 (one) hour prior to your child's class for a recorded message.  If the gym is closed for more than 3 days due to inclement weather, a make-up class will be scheduled.  No refunds or credits will be made for missed classes unless cancellation occurred within the last 2 weeks of the session.

Observation Policy

We welcome you to observe your child's class in progress at any time.  We ask that you do so in the designated viewing area.  We cannot allow spectators in the gym.
