This is a year round program for the serious athlete who wants to compete.  In-Flight Gymnastics center is a USA Gymnastics Club.  Students will compete at the level determined by their coaching staff.  All students offered a spot on the team are required to enroll on an 11 month continuous basis.

6 hours (Level 4): Tuesday and Thursday 4:00-7:00

9 hours : Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 5:00-8:00

12 hours :  Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 5:00-8:00 and Saturday 10:00-1:00
